Founded in 2023, Resident Success is a nonprofit 501c3 organization thident success programming and advocates for new affordable housing development in the Twin Cities. Led by a group of experienced and passionate housing advocates, Resident Success believes that construction is only the first step towards providing stable, affordable apartments.

HOW DO WE DEFINE SUCCESS??

SUCCESS happens when affordable housing is plentiful, and residents SUSTAIN their homes by avoiding TURNOVER due to eviction or apartment damage.

We aim to address causes of turnover and unintentional homelessness by providing access to homemaking education, social services, transportation, and job opportunities.
